Returns & Exchanges

At Habitual Denim, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the denim remains in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email or directly from the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Denim

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
